Here at SEEART we always do our best to satisfy customer’s needs. We examine cases one by one before we ship them to customers, nevertheless, if you receive a faulty product, please send it to us with pictures via email. We will do our best to serve you. 

1. Exchange/Refund guidance

If you return items due to change of your mind, model or options, Items need to be returned in a like-new condition and should be returned to us within a month.

Please be noticed since custom order or custom designed items will be on production process as soon as we check your order, we can’t support refund or exchange.

Please return items with all accessories and packaging and send them via international shipping service.

2.Exchange/ Refund on faulty items

We only support exchange/refund to products that are faulty upon receipt. Any damaged items caused by customers can’t be a reason of exchange, refund or A/S.

Please be aware, faulty and wrong items delivered should be first verified by us through email and then send them to us vis international shipping service.

Without approval of SEEART, any return will not be processed

If you send items to us, we will check the items and help you get a refund or exchange

3.Schedule for Exchange/Refund

  • Once we receive your return, we will deliver exchanged item within 1-2 days
  • Once we receive your return, we will process refund within 1-2 days.

Depending on your bank's processing time, it may take from 3 to 7 days after we process the return to reflect on your account.

4 . Failed Delivery Attempts

If customer fails to accept delivery (Failed Delivery Attempts, Refused by Recipient), the parcel will automatically ship back to SEEART and the return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost of return shipping is €15,00 EUR (flat rate). For processing purposes, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your order.
